Basildon, Billericay & Thurrock: Thief jailed after handing himself in to neighbourhood

Well, it's good news for Billericay residents as a local thief has been brought to justice! He actually handed himself in to neighbourhood officers, which is a great sign of community cooperation. This means one less person causing trouble in our lovely town.
